if for some reason, you are not happy with the piece that you ordered, that's totally fine, it happens! 

just be sure to contact us immediately, via email, within 7 days of receiving your goods.  

as a courtesy to julesLA, please ensure that the garment is unworn and in perfect condition. once the item is received and reviewed on our end, we will contact you via email and advise you of the next step (keep in mind that we do not provide return shipping for any exchanges).
