EXCHANGE | RETURN

If you wish to make an exchange or return, you may do so within 10 days of the original shipping date. Items purchased from Jules Los Angeles stockists must be returned to the stockist where originally purchased.  

Please email info@juleslosangeles.com to request an exchange or return. Include the reason and we will send you further instructions with return labels. 

All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, free of odor, and in otherwise perfect condition with all tags attached in original packaging. 

Goods must be sent within 10 days from the date the Product was delivered to you. We do not accept liability for missing packages or damage of returned goods.

Your account will be credited within 5 - 7 business days of receipt, less shipping charges.
