RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We value each of our Jules Los Angeles shoppers and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read below to ensure your item(s) meet our return conditions.  Keep in mind, items purchased from Jules Los Angeles stockist must be returned to the stockist items were originally purchased, including faulty items.

EXCHANGE DETAILS:

To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email at info@juleslosangeles.com within 7 days of delivery date.

  • We will gladly exchange your full-priced item that is in the same condition it was purchased within 7 days of the date that your item was delivered. Please note that all Jules Los Angeles products are produced in small quantities and availability is not always guaranteed for exchange.  
  • Contact us at info@juleslosangeles.com and we will send you an exchange label via email.
  • Return shipping cost is waived on the first exchange.  

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

  • Exchange item must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, scent-free and with all tags attached.
  • All items are inspected by our quality control team before exchange is processed. If exchange items do not meet the inspection and/or meet the exchange conditions, they will be rejected and sent back to you.
  • Exchange item must be submitted via email. All online exchanges require an approved RA number.
  • Exchange shipping cost is waived on the first exchange.
  • Exchange duties, taxes and any customs and import fees from the original order are at the expense of the customer.

  • Contact us at info@juleslosangeles.com and we will send you a return label via email. Note that $8 will be deducted from your refund, as return shipping is at the cost of the customer.
