RETURN & EXCHANGE:

If you wish to make an exchange or return, you may do so within 14 days of the original shipping date. Items purchased from Jules Los Angeles stockists must be returned to the stockist that the item was originally purchased.  

Products are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of the original shipping date, provided they are in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged condition, free of any odor, free of animal hair, in the original packaging and with all original tags attached.

EXCHANGE:  To initiate an exchange, contact us via email at info@juleslosangeles.com within 14 days of the original shipping date.  

• Exchange shipping cost is waived on the first exchange.  Any additional return shipping requests are at the expense of the customer. 
• Duties, taxes and any customs and import fees from the original order are at the expense of the customer.   

RETURN: To initiate a return, contact us via email at info@juleslosangeles.com within 14 days of delivery date.  

• A return shipping fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your refund.  
• Once your return has been received, you will be automatically refunded the balance to your original payment method.  
• Duties, taxes and any customs and import fees from the original order are at the expense of customer.  
  
  

PROMOTIONAL & SALE ITEMS - FINAL SALE: 

• All items purchased during a promotion and/or sale are final sale (non-returnable and non-exchangeable).
• Promotional and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for credit or refund.
