RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We value each of our Jules Los Angeles shoppers and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the below to ensure your item(s) meet our return conditions. Keep in mind, items purchased from Jules Los Angeles stockist must be returned to the stockist items were originally purchased, including faulty items.

RETURN CONDITIONS: 7 days from delivery date.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@juleslosangeles.com within 7 days of delivery date. We will gladly refund full-priced items that are in the same condition they were purchased within 7 days of the date that your item was delivered.  

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS: 7 days from delivery date.  To initiate an exchange, please contact us via email at info@juleslosangeles.com within 7 days of delivery date. We will gladly exchange your full-priced item that is in the same condition it was purchased within 7 days of the date that your item was delivered. Please note that all Jules Los Angeles products are produced in small quantities and availability is not always guaranteed.
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS - FINAL SALE:
All items purchased during a promotion are final sale (non-returnable and non-exchangeable). ‚ÄėPromotional' items cannot be returned for exchanged for credit or refund.

  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be submitted via email. All online returns require an approved RA number.
  • Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Duties, taxes and any customs and import fees from the original order are non-refundable.
  • We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. Jules Los Angeles cannot be held responsible for returns that are not received.
  • All items are inspected by our quality control team before returns are processed. If returns do not meet the inspection and/or meet the returns conditions they will be rejected and sent back to you.
