Return/Exchange/Sale Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, eligible items may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the policy below.
Standard Returns/Exchanges
Returns/Exchanges must be requested via email to info@juleslosangeles.com within 14 days of the delivery date.
Once a shipping label has been issued, your return item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days. Item(s) sent after the 7-day window will not be accepted. We do not accept liability for missing packages or damage of returned goods.
To be eligible for return or exchange, all merchandise must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Free of any odor, stains, or signs of wear
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned in its original packaging
- All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet the requirements above, Jules Los Angeles reserves the right to reject the return or issue store credit at our discretion.
For returns: Once the inspection is complete, your original payment method will be credited within 5-7 business days, less $8 for shipping charges. Any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For exchanges: Once the inspection is complete, exchanged item(s) will be processed and a new tracking number will be sent to you.

Gift With Purchase Returns
Orders that include a gift with purchase are subject to our standard return policy above, with the following additional terms:
- Gift with purchase items are tied to the minimum qualifying order threshold. If a return causes your order total to fall below the required qualifying amount, you must also return the gift with purchase.
- If the gift with purchase is not included with the return, we will not accept the return as submitted. Store credit will be given for the shipped item(s).
International Returns/Exchanges
We do not accept any exchanges or returns for international orders at this time.
